Initial 60 minute consultation on Zoom or in person

Regular contact via phone, email or in person for support and guidance during business hours Monday-Friday

Daily evaluation of training and feedback via Training Peaks Monday-Friday

Weekly formal check-in call or in-person meet up to review the previous week’s training and make adjustments going forward

Bespoke Periodised Training Plan which can include: running, cross training, pre-workout activation exercises, running form drills, strength and conditioning, mental skills and mindset coaching, nutrition tips

A lighter touch. For athletes who need a bespoke plan, with support and guidance weekly. We work with you to set the direction and help you to adjust, adapt and progress with weekly review calls

Guided Running Session
An in person session that is bespoke to your needs focusing on any area of your running that you need extra support with. Here are some areas where we can add value:

Payment

Payment for those in New Zealand is via bank transfer (weekly or fortnightly in advance)

For those living in any country other than New Zealand, payment is via Wise

We don't ask for an onboarding fee to get you started, however we do ask for your commitment to the coaching process. Good things take time, and your body also takes time to adapt and for you to see progress

We have a 12 week minimum coaching term and we ask for 2 weeks notice if you wish to pause or take a break from our coaching services after this time
Elliott's Gift
The gift of time.
We will work with one athlete at any one time for a duration of up to 6 months for a small koha (donation) who is experiencing or has experienced mental health challenges. Regular exercise, a mindfulness practice, social connection and the purpose a running goal can bring are great tools to stay more balanced.
Running is the most important of the least important things in life (to some of us), and we will be in your corner, lighting the way as you begin to run your path again. Reach out to us here and we will meet you where you are at, there is no judgement here.
